Dhols are made by one of the best masters of Armenia. Master Hrant ( Grant )
Master has been making Dhols for most of his life and his one of the only masters left who can make soled wood dhol.
His dhols have been used by professionals for over 60 years.
The ageing process and the treatment of the wood gives a unique sound and a strength to his Dhols.

Each dhol includes his own case witch is custom made by the master him self.

Armenian Dhols are available with Goth Skin or Plastic membrane.

Most popular in this days is the plastic membrane,
it lasts longer and those not need to bee tuned every moment do to moister or heat.

Pay attention to haw the rope-holder is attached on to the membrane, in the pictures above, this is the best way to have, since the membrane is not cut in order to attach the rope holder like it's in picture below.
