Hello Duduk-lovers,
I have 3 reeds which are to hard (to thick) to blow. I want to abrasive, sanding down them a bit, to make it softer. Where is the good position for abrasive? On top (at the reed-lips) or in the middle, or the whole reed? second question: is it a good idea to oil the reed a bit to make it smooter? (e.g. almond oil) Thanks for professional help on this issues. Regards from Switzerland WJ |
