Hi,
I wonder if anyone here can help... I'm trying to find out some more about a duduk that has a maker's mark of a small gold star. Is this familiar to anyone and can it tell me anything about the duduk and its quality? Many thanks in advance if anyone can help!, Stone |

OK, this is taken at the bottom end of the instrument. It's a small 6-armed star, like you get on the computer keyboard, but it's in gold. I've read through the forum and have learnt a bit about different makers, but it's interesting to know what their marks are, as well as their names.

No other marks, just the one gold star.... Maybe it'll just remain a mystery! Good to see the other makers' marks though - very interesting. Thanks for your help, Stone. |
